A contemporary A Trattoria where a beautiful wood-fired oven takes center stage, crafting all pastas in-house. and where the finest Italian ingredients are used. The cooking style is modern Italian, complemented including classics like vitello tonnato and bucatini carbonara with guanciale that you won't want to miss. The opening of Trattoria BREDA is scheduled for this summer, offering both lunch and dinner as well as a good glass of wine. glass of wine. We are currently seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our brand-new team!

Trattoria BREDA is a part of The BREDA Group. The BREDA Group is the parent company of Restaurant BREDA, Klein BREDA, Maris Piper, Píta, and The Noodle Shop. All these businesses are under the leadership of Freek van Noortwijk, Johanneke van Iwaarden, and Vagarsh Mogatseljan.

Job Description

• You will be the right-hand person to our head chef;
• You will be responsible when the head chef or sous chef is not present;
• The kitchen prepares lunches and dinners. so you need to be flexible in your availability;
• Together with the head chef, you will ensure both organizational and emotional stability in the kitchen. Therefore, you should also be organized and calm;
• You will actively contribute to a plan to achieve our ambitions.

Requirements

• Demonstrable knowledge of cooking techniques;
• Knowledge of products/ingredients and (the composition of) the menu;
• Willingness to take on any task;
• Not satisfied with average performance;
• Won't stop until the job is done;
• Takes responsibility for their own work.
