Trattoria BREDA is the new restaurant concept from The BREDA Group! A contemporary A Trattoria where a beautiful wood-fired oven takes center stage, crafting all pastas in-house. and where the finest Italian ingredients are used. The cooking style is modern Italian, complemented including classics like vitello tonnato and bucatini carbonara with guanciale that you won't want to miss. The opening of Trattoria BREDA is scheduled for this summer, offering both lunch and dinner as well as a good glass of wine. glass of wine.

Trattoria BREDA is a part of The BREDA Group. The BREDA Group is the parent company of Restaurant BREDA, Klein BREDA, Maris Piper, Píta, and The Noodle Shop. All these businesses are under the leadership of Freek van Noortwijk, Johanneke van Iwaarden, and Vagarsh Mogatseljan.
